Editing

Fees are taking into consideration the size  and complexity of the project.

~Basic copyediting:        $20 to $30 per hour     Pace (approx) 5 to 10 pages an hour

~Heavy copyediting:      $35 to $50 per hour     Pace (approx)  2 to 5 pages an hour

~Substantive editing:     $55 to $65 per hour     Pace (approx) 1 to 6 pages per hour

(aka line editing)

~Developmental editing: $65 to $80 per hour   Pace (approx) 2 to 5 pages per hour

Newsletters/Brochures

Dependent on difficulty and including layout

~$25 to $500 per issue

Ghost Writing

Cost is dependent on size of project and complexity of notes

Researching

Research time is billable at the standard rate and a time estimate will be given at time of hire.
