All of us harbour an area of our life where we feel stuck or resistant.
One of the major reasons for resistance is usually a fear of change but can vary for each person. We often hold on to doubts, the fear of the unknown, the fear of failure and of success. We resist because we are not able to face the changes we need to make. We practice avoidance, procrastination or become anxious and depressed.
Let your resistance finally have a voice! Start by writing “I feel resistance about…” and ask yourself “How does this resistance work for me?”.
