you have to write yourself out of a thinking block.”

Most of us have been asked at one time or another, whether at a job interview or upon graduation…”Where do you see yourself in the future?” I have always loved this question…it opens your mind to the possibilities you can create for your future ~ real or imagined.
Where do you see yourself? In the distant future ~ Are you a famous author with adoring fans? Are you happily married with a dozen kids and the proverbial white picket fence? Are you a jet-setting philanthropist? Or next month ~ Do you finally start that screenplay you’ve always wanted to write? Do you take art classes to learn new techniques?Whenever you choose, DREAM BIG!!!!
Reflect and write!
Quote of the Week~ January 25th, 2013~www.BelindaWitzenhausen.com
“Fiction writers are strange beasts. They are, like all writers, observers first and foremost. Everything that happens to and around them is potential material for a story, and they look at it that way.”
~Terry Brooks

Often the things that bring us the most joy are the little things we tend to take for granted.
What is the one thing that no matter how bad of a mood you are in, can instantly put a smile on your face? Is it a smile from a child, a hug from your honey, your pet greeting you at the door or something as simple as a good cup of coffee?
Reflect and write!

“We are cups, constantly and quietly being filled. The trick is, knowing how to tip ourselves over and let the beautiful stuff out.”
