“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” ~ Margaret Mead

Most of us have been involved in or witnessed an event where a community has banded together for the greater good.  Write about just such an event (real or imagined…perhaps one you hope for).   What was the inspiration for the event? Were you a witness or a participant? What was the outcome?  Why was it meaningful for you on a personal level?

 Reflect and Write! 🙂

  1. My Shiloh Redemption story begins with a newly retired writer and his wife arriving in their new home town and he begins a quest to find out the true story behind a tragic loss of a town hero saving lives in a fire three years earlier. The quest gradually draws in others in the town to prove the innocence of the hero’s cousin who is serving time for a crime he did not commit. The story has a few twists and turns but the quest ends with a joyous Christmas celebration with many new friends making right what had been an unsolved wrong. The writer and his wife gain a new town to call their retirement home.
