Q. Do we require a contract?
A. A binding contract for all services will be signed by both parties. This document will outline the details of the project and the costs. Belinda will negotiate reduced rates to non-profit organizations.

Q. How are my documents delivered?
A. All documents will be delivered in the format agreed to at the beginning of the project which can include HTML, PDF, Word, and PowerPoint.

Q. How do I make payment?
A. Payment schedules vary, depending on the length of the project. An advance of 20% is required. Payments by cheque or Paypal are accepted.

Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. Our privacy policy is as follows:
Privacy is of the utmost importance to Belinda. No personal information provided to Belinda through this site or in any e-mails to this site will  be used or shared with any third party without the express written consent of the party providing the information.

Use of Personal Information Collected
Belinda uses the personal information collected on this site only for the following purposes:
to contact you in response to a request for information from this site
for the exchange of general business information (invoices, receipts, project deliverables).

Confidentiality Agreements
Belinda always signs confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement  as part of the initial agreement and always maintains the privacy of her clients.
